I’m a Registered Architect in New Zealand with a good understanding of contracts, project management and the built environment. A previous member of Hamilton City Council Urban Design Panel, and previous Board Member of the Tauranga Art Gallery Trust.
Bay of Plenty is going through unprecedented growth. I stand for planning for future growth carefully with economics in mind, infrastructure provision, limiting suburban sprawl and moving towards an integrated, decarbonised, transportation network that benefits business, the environment and our quality of life.
Working in my profession 25 years has given me experience with different cultures, contexts and ages, enabling development of qualities, innovation, budget-control and clear communication. I intend to interact regularly with my constituents. I feel that with my experience, passion and creativity, combined with your help, we can make the Bay of Plenty a sustainable, cleaner, better, more beautiful place, preserving it for future generations.
